Time to unpack, get a layout of Villa Santosha and unwind. Settle in with everyone and meet for a beautifully curated welcome dinner!
DAY 2 |Authentic Mountainside Cooking Experience
Journey into the Jamaican countryside for an immersive culinary experience featuring traditional Jamaican cooking techniques, farm-to-table ingredients, hands-on cooking experience, Shared community-style meal and more!
DAY 3 | Set Sail on the Majestic Kat Catamaran
A private luxury sailing experience featuring, music, ocean views, swimming, authentic Jamaican bites, and a time for relaxation and connection.
DAY 4 | Dancehall Expression & Wellness Movement Class
Start the morning with a massage experience designed to encourage rest and renewal and in the afternoon experience the joy, rhythm, and cultural richness of Jamaica through movement and dance.
DAY 5 | Farewell - Travel Day
Luxury transportation will be provided for guests traveling to the airport. This final journey is intentionally designed as a time to relax, catch up on rest, reflect on the experiences of the retreat, and savor the meaningful connections created throughout the weekend.

Most guests attend retreats on their own. We intentionally create opportunities for connection, and many guests leave with meaningful friendships.

To preserve the intimate nature of the Mamauna experience and allow for meaningful connection, attendance is limited to 12 guests.

Guests are welcome to attend solo, with a friend, sibling, partner, or family member and share in this meaningful experience together.

Yes. All guests traveling internationally to Jamaica must have a valid passport. We recommend ensuring your passport remains valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. Visa requirements vary by country, and guests are responsible for confirming all passport, visa, and travel document requirements prior to travel.

We would strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
While we hope every guest enjoys a seamless experience, travel insurance can help protect your investment in the event of:
Unexpected illness, injury, or medical emergencies
Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections
Severe weather or natural disasters
Lost, delayed, or damaged baggage
Family emergencies that prevent travel
Other unforeseen circumstances that may impact your ability to attend

All chef-prepared meals, curated snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages are included throughout the retreat unless otherwise noted.

We are happy to accommodate most dietary preferences and restrictions with advance notice. Please provide any dietary needs, food allergies, or sensitivities during the registration process so our team can thoughtfully prepare your meals throughout the experience. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure you feel nourished, cared for, and fully included in the experience.

A non-refundable deposit of twenty-five percent (25%) of the retreat price is required to secure your reservation.
Any payments made prior to January 1, 2027, beyond the initial deposit, may be eligible for refund if you cancel your reservation before January 1, 2027, subject to any applicable processing fees.

To reserve your place, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Due to the intimate nature of this experience and limited availability, your space is confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit. The remaining balance may be paid through the available installment plan, with all payments due by the final payment deadline.
Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, and all installment payments become non-refundable after January 1, 2027.
